I have delt with Cycle Works West with both my recent purchases, last year I bought a 2022 Cforce 1000 Overland and this year I purchased a 2023 Zforce 950 HO EX, both experiences were great. I bought from Tim and he was excellent and answered all my questions and was helpful. Parts and accessories were a big help too getting us helmets and all the gear. Diane in Finance was quick and great to deal with as well. Thanks for the great service and I will be back when I purchase again.

Ordered a 2022 Honda GROM. Expected delivery was June 6 but it arrived early. Ken the sales guy was fantastic to work with as he kept me updated on progress. Dianne in the finance department was amazing to work with. The lady in Accessories (Sorry but I forgot her name!!!!) was awesome and really helpful. Super easy experience all around.

In my experience Tim has been nothing but helpful. He didnt apply that uncomfortable sales pressure to buy. He knows the industry and if you need something or need info he will provide that promptly and with a positive attitude. Anybody in sales could learn from his approach in dealing with customers.

Great job on the service. Booked the appointment, guys are very professional. Service time didn't take to long. Warranty issues were addressed. They walked me through the bill and explained it well on what was done.

Ranger 900 XP an excellent machine

It was great to deal with you guys again, it's been a few years and the service is just as great as before and the machines just keep getting better. It's funny Lori and I didn't even look anywhere else, there was no need we knew what to expect for service and guidance. In fact we were saying that's the first time we Bought a vehicle without even test driving it first. we just trust you guys so much, thanks again for A great machine and excellent service.

excellent work

The staff at Cycle Works West did an excellent job on my bike as I was passing through from Toronto to Whitehorse. I had pre-ordered tires through Mike in the Parts department, but developed a fork seal leak during the trip. Cory and his team in the Service department went out of their way to ensure the problem was fixed quickly so that I could get back on the road. Everyone I met at the Acheson location was friendly and helpful.

Tunnel replacement

Just when you think it's gunna be best sledding season to date with purchase of 2014 pro. It all gets turned upside down with a bent tunnel. After talking to Lindsay for two seconds I could tell she wasn't gunna let that happen. Within minutes a new tunnel was on order. Days to come the work was done. And suggestion made to help reinforce the strength of new tunnel. I Cannot thank Lindsay enough. I will continue to go through Lindsay for any parts or service needs in the future. Not only because of her knowledge of parts and products but her professionalism and sincerity but her will to treat any customer like she's known them for many years. Thanks a million Lindsay

As we have dealt with all aspects of the business it is very hard for us to pick that department or person. We have bought 5 units from you over the years and bought parts, inquired about servicing of units purchased all oils and filters from the parts department and even use the service department. And then I even stop in and check out the new units.

Saw an ad on kijiji, emailed it on a Saturday night. Scott wasn't even at work, he was at his Xmas party and he got right back to me!!! He answered any questions I had that night. Bought new quad a few years back

Tim contacted me through the Alberta Outdoorsman website when I put a post of interest of whether you save any money at the Sportsman show when buying an ATV. I told him what I wanted and he gave me the best price by far of any others. I bought it from Tim at the show and will most likely buy my next one from Cycleworks too when the time comes.

I visited both the service and parts department. Both were fantastic to deal with and really made me feel like I have been dealing with them for years. It has been a while since I've been there. But be assured when it comes to telling people who I deal with you guys are the first name I say!

4 bags for 2 pros

Bought 4 bags from them via phone, had them hold onto the bags till a bud could pick them up on his way to pg. I have no complaints and neither did he so I'd say the transaction was excellent
